Linden and Patrick School share the boys’ basketball Union County Conference-Watchung Division title, both finishing 7-1 in league play and splitting against each other.
That means the only UCC division up for grabs still is the Valley, with Rahway leading Scotch Plains 9-1 to 8-2 at the moment, with both teams still having to play their final two division games. In division play the teams split with each other.
The only girls’ UCC division yet to be decided remains the Mountain, with Rahway done and leading at 8-2 and Johnson in second place at 6-2 and still with division games remaining at Plainfield and home vs. Summit. Johnson swept Rahway in division play.
